Multimedia and Tech Ministry

The Multimedia and Tech Ministry serves as the bridge between worship and technology. Its purpose is to enhance the worship experience, support effective communication, and extend the church’s reach through digital media. By managing sound, visuals, and online platforms, the ministry helps ensure that every message and moment in God’s presence is clearly shared with both in-person and online congregations.

Core Responsibilities

a. Audio/Sound Team

• Operates and maintains sound systems during services and events. 
• Ensures clear and balanced sound for music, preaching, and announcements. 
• Records sermons and special programs for archiving or online upload. 

b. Visual/Projection Team

• Prepares and displays lyrics, Bible verses, sermon slides, and visuals. 
• Operates projectors, screens, and presentation software. 
• Coordinates visual flow with worship leaders and pastors. 

c. Video & Livestream Team

• Oversees live video broadcasts for online viewers. 
• Manages cameras, lighting, and streaming equipment. 
• Edits and publishes recorded services to the church’s media platforms.

d. Photography & Media Design Team

• Captures photos and videos of church services and events. 
• Designs promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and graphics. 
• Upholds the church’s media brand identity and visual excellence. 

e. IT & Technical Support Team

• Maintains and troubleshoots technical equipment and software. 
• Provides setup and support for ministry and church events. 
• Advises on upgrades and new technology implementations. 

f. Social Media & Online Engagement

• Manages church social media pages and website updates. 
• Posts sermon clips, event highlights, and announcements. 
• Engages with the online audience and strengthens the church’s digital presence.

Membership Requirements

• Must be a committed and active member of the church. 
• Should demonstrate reliability, discipline, and a spirit of excellence. 
• Willingness to learn technical skills and work as part of a team. 
• Must maintain confidentiality and humility while serving. 
• Attendance at ministry meetings, rehearsals, and training sessions is required.
